Our privately owned family caravan is a Swift Bordeaux 3 bedroom holiday home. It can spaciously accommodate a maximum of 6 people. It has the benefit of patio doors leading onto a large wrap-around decked veranda to the front and left side (with lockable gate), complemented with rattan patio furniture. The caravan is located on a corner plot at Goscar Court having a patio area on one side, a grassed area to the other side with picnic bench and rotary clothes line. 

It is ideally situated for access to the beach (5min walk), or a short stroll into Tenby town centre via the beach or path alongside the golf course. There is even a free park and ride service available during the summer holidays. The launderette, on-site shop/gift shop are also close by. The Entertainment complex with its indoor swimming pool, or the outdoor pool and children's play area are also a short stroll away. There is also a sand pit located outside the main owner's reception for younger guests.

The caravan is a home from home, with modern contemporary furnishings and comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, all kitchen cooking utensils, cutlery, both china and plastic crockery for use inside and outside. A 4 ring hob cooker, an 850watt microwave, large built-in fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle complete the facilities. We also supply a hair dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. . There is a 40" flat screen TV with Freeview in the main living area with built in DVD player and a selection of DVDs, plus books and board games for rainy days.

The caravan has full gas central heating and double glazed windows. The 3 bedrooms consist of one double with en-suite toilet and basin, 19" TV with Freeview, 2 additional twin bedrooms, one of which can be converted into an additional double. All bedrooms have fitted cupboards and wardrobes. For younger children we can supply a travelcot, high chair and 2 bedguards. The shower room has a large shower, toilet, basin and bathroom cabinet.

Currently we supply pillows, duvets and matress protectors.  Beds can be made up and supplied with bedding for an additional £30. We do however provide tea towel, oven glove, hand soap, sanitizer, toilet rolls  and a small amount of cleaning materials.

All bookings and park facilities are subject to the current government restrictions. For further information on what facilities are available during your break, please ask at time of booking.

Kiln Park rules mean we can only hire our caravan out to individuals over 18yrs old or families and no single sex groups either (No stag or Hen parties are allowed)

Arrival time is 3:00pm and departure is by 10:30am to allow sufficient time for cleaning before our next guests arrive. Any guests arriving before 3.00pm may have to wait outside or else where on the park until the cleaners have finished.

Price includes all gas and electricity costs, (mains connected).

Passes to access the on-site facilities can be purchased from the main reception on arrival, as we are unable to issue them ourselves (they have to be supplied by Kiln Park Park), - or we can send you the necessary application form for you to complete and forward directly to Kiln Park to ensure the passes are ready for collection on your arrival.

A £50 (non refundable) deposit per week deducted from cost of the break is required with a completed booking form to secure the caravan for the dates you request. Your booking will be confirmed via email and post. Full balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival including an additional £100 security bond against any damage, keys not being returned or the caravan left in a unclean state.
