A modern 2 bedroomed 6 berth caravan for hire, with stunning outside decking area with patio table and chairs ideal for outside dining and relaxing. 

This caravan is ideal for families with small children due the gated decking area which can be locked for added safety

Accommodation comprises of a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, double bedroom with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobe. Electric heating in bedrooms. Further double bed in living area

Shower room with basin and toilet.

Comfortable lounge area with separate dining area with table.  

FREEVIEW TV-DVD player

Fitted kitchen with cooker, hob and extractor, microwave oven, full sized fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery.

Pillows are provided (or you can brng your own) Duvets are supplied and extra blankets, guests are asked to bring own sheets, pillows and pillowcases, duvet covers, towels and tea towels

Iron & Ironing board

Situated on Mablethorpe Chalet Park which is just a 5 minute walk from the stunning Blue Flag beach.

The Park has a family orientated restaurant and bar, children’s play area, arcade, shop, and laundrette. 

Restaurant offers good homecooked food daily, and is child and dog friendly.

There are small childrens' play areas dotted around the park for the kiddies

Entertainment venue and entertainment in high season.

The stunning Blue Flag beach is open all year long for dogs up to the south promenade. Then seasonal restrictions apply 1st May to 30th Sept no dogs on promendade beach

Sand train runs on the beach to take you to Mablethorpe town

Land train also runs into town on regular basis

Loewen’s cinema is just a short walk away approx 5 mins

Mablethorpe town centre approx. 10 minute’s walk away

Queen's Park is situated off the beach promenade and has a huge paddling pool and water play area and plenty to do for families within the park, play areas, boating lake etc.

£50 deposit secures any booking which is NON-REFUNDABLE on cancellation.

£50 security bond for key cover and against damages/breakage which is refunded subject to satisfactory condition of caravan at end of stay. This is required when paying final balance

Outstanding balance required in full one month prior. Any bookings made within one month of start of holiday, payment is required in full and is NON-REFUNDABLE if cancelled.
