The caravan is fully equipped to a high standard and has a lounge dining area with ample seating and a gas fire, a flat screen TV with free-view. The kitchen is well fitted and equipped for up to 6 people and has a gas cooker, fridge with small freezer section, microwave, toaster and kettle.The caravan has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, there is also a pull out double bed in the lounge area. The seperate bathroom has a shower, wc and wash hand basin.

Outside there is a small patio area with a bench parking is available at the side of the caravan.

There is a lounge with free wifi and a laundrette on site.

There is a Morrisons just up the road & I usually do a click & collect for when I arrive to save having to take food with me, but there is also an Aldi & Asda in Newquay.

Boating lake and Lakeside restaurant located at bottom of the hill which is lovely & great fun.
Newquay zoo is on the doorstep along with a trampoline park next to the zoo which is good if weathers not 100%. A road train runs from zoo into Newquay which the kids love & is pretty reasonable with day tickets available which we use especially if visiting Fistral Beach.

£100 holding deposit required to secure booking, held as damage waiver, refundable subject to inspection on check out.

Full payment is due 4 weeks before arrival.
Checkout is 10:00am and check in is 3pm but you will be welcome to park your vehicle at the caravan if you arrive early.
