Our privately owned static caravan holiday home has a full gas hot water system,radiator heating with a large walk in shower. 1 double,1 twin bedroom, a fully fitted kitchen large lounge with free standing sofa`s electric wall fire tv with dvd adjoining  dining aera  a large decked balcony with table and chairs and walkway with a gate.. 1 double bedroom with en suite with tv and dvd .. 1 twin bedroom  All benefits of the amenities of Killigarth Manor Holiday Park , heated swimming pool, gym room, safe toddlers room, bingo nightly, nightly evening entertament, pool table free WiFii at the internet cafe with adjoining bar.

  Fast food take away. A handy site shop. Foxey Club early evening for the children, tennis court and out door play area, ALL with no extra charge. Nearby the holiday home is a foot path down into Polperro also within walking distance from the park  isTalland Bay,well worth the walk, a little futher you will come across Smugglers Rest.

Looe has a large clean sandy beach along with Banjo Peir.

 Boat and fishing trips go daily in high season weather permitting, a two hour fishing trip is fun for all the family, you can keep what you catch, take a boat trip around Looe Island..Make time to visit Polperro, from the holiday home ,there is a footpath down to Polpero (8 mins)  it has a sandy beach, boat trips along the coast and lots more.to see and do. From Killigarth you can do the coastal walks in either directions.Near by is Talland Bay (rock pools) with a beach cafe well worth the walk or walk on to  stop for refreshments at the Smugglars Rest ,Dolphins have been seen at Talland Bay.. The wonderful Eden Project is only 30 miles .Endless thing to see and do for all the family..

It is an express condition of booking that the owner cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, damage to personal property,or non availability of site amenities due to circumstances beyond my control.

The Kitchen has:
4 ring Gas Cooker, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster and Kettle as well as cutlery and crockery.

The Lounge has:
Flat screen LCD TV and DVD combi with all the freeview channels,

 Comfortable sofas seating also dining table and chairs. electric wall mounted  fire.

Double Bedroom is en-suite and has flat screen LCD TV with DVD and freeview

A large walk in shower, hand basin.& toilet.

We have a strict no smoking policy within the accommodation.

Dogs must not be left unattended and must be walked on lead on the park, there is a dog walking area next to the Manor House. 

Meals  Now  Available  In The  Indoor  Bar /  Diner,  Seated  Area  With  Tables,  Soft  Padded  Chairs & Benches.

Following government guidelines,the caravan has been deep cleaned internally and externally, all items within the caravan have been sanitised. In order to protect the safety of our guests,  a deep cleaning regime will be provided on departure  ( departure no later than 10AM ).in preparation for the next new arrival and all keys will be cleaned and sanitised.
