ABI 2013 Alderley luxury caravan.

This homely and spacious extra wide Alderley caravan has beautiful views over the Cornish countryside. Positioned on the Willows Way part of the award winning Newquay Holiday Park managed by Park Dean Holidays and close proximity to the heated outdoor pool and short walk to the entertainment amenities and children’s play areas.
The park is only 3 miles away from Newquay town offering many beaches, surfing and adventure activities, shops, restaurants and cafes as well as lively night life.
Our luxury family caravan has double glazing, central heating and front patio doors leading onto exterior decking. Patio table, chairs and BBQ are provided to enable you to take advantage of enjoying some alfresco meals and the beautiful country views.
There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, flat screen TV/DVD. The second and third bedroom have twin beds and all rooms have wardrobe storage. One bedroom is more appropriate for children due to shorter beds and there is a pull out double bed in the main lounge
The main bathroom has a large shower.
There is a large open plan living/dinning room and kitchen area. Central heating is throughout and an electric fire in the lounge.
The kitchen has all necessary utensils and equipment as well as a microwave, fridge freezer, gas oven with grill and extractor.
There is a flat screen 32" TV with Freeview, DVD, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer.
A high chair and travel cot is also available as well as body boards, deck chairs and BBQ, games and little personal extras for general use.
There is outside parking for 2 cars, washing line and lawned area for BBQ.
Duvets and pillows are provided. To keep costs low you can bring your own linen or we can arrange for beds to be made ready and towels provided at an additional charge.

Entertainment and activity passes can be purchased at reception.
We aim to keep prices low and competitive with Parkdean. Prices start from £250 weekly to £695 peak and discount for two consecutive weeks.
