This luxury PRESTIGE RATED, gas central heated and double glazed 2 bedroom static caravan is a 2005 PEMBERTON PARK LANE with 2 car driveway for parking and a  large balcony situated on a private corner plot on the upmarket part of the site.

It is sited in a quiet part of the site off the main roads, on top of the Cliff with a path nearby down to the beach and fantastic views over cardigan bay and New Quay harbour, WITH ADDITIONAL CAR PARKING NEARBY.

We are  15 minutes stroll from the main entertainment centre, food hall, shop, swimming pools, harbour and town..

The caravan has a large lounge with 2 double sliding patio doors to a large balcony,

There is an electric fire, 32 inch flat screen LG TV a  DVD/CD player and a  radio/CD player. DVDs/CD's and games are left for the renters use.

Dining area with well fitted kitchen containing built in fridge/freezer, large gas cooker with hood, microwave, washing machine, dish washer and all the utensils necessary for a self catering holiday.

There is an outside entrance to the hallway with coat and shoe storage containing vaccum cleaner and iorning facilities. 

Separate bathroom with a corner bath, wash basin and toilet.

2 bedrooms, one ensuite with shower, toilet and wash basin,double bed, dressing table and wardrobes. One with two single beds, wardrobes and draws.

There are wooden tables and chairs on the balcony and a wooden double bench overlooking the sea and views.

Sorry site rules say no single sex groups.. someone over 21 must be with all groups.. no smoking is allowed in the caravan (smoke alarms fitted).. and no pets..

Prices range from £360 to £750 per week depending on season.
