Hi there we are Rob and Jo Wilson and we are the private owners of our caravan sited on this beautiful country park.

Our caravan is available  for full weeks only during peak season, these being June , July and August.

Our price tariff includes all gas and electricity.

Our premier, well equipped, 28ft x 12ft self-catering caravan as 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. It is situated in a quite area.
7 Lakes Country Park stretches over 120 acres of leafy native woodland,lakes and green fields.

The Accommodation:
The accommodation comprises of: Lounge area with Double Pullout bed, Dining Area, Kitchen area, Master Double Bedroom, Twin Bedroom and Shower room with shower, full size toilet and sink.

Electric heating in all rooms except the living area which as a gas fire) all Gas and Electricity is included within the cost of your stay/price per week tariff.

You will find a full inventory for 6 persons including duvets and pillows please supply your own bed linen, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and T towels)

Lounge
Comprises of a large spacious seating area and comes complete with, TV, Freeview Digital 22" LCD TV with built in DVD player, Stereo CD/Radio, various Board Games and books for your enjoyment and relaxation. There is also a pull out double bed.

Kitchen
The Kitchen is fully fitted with loads of cupboard space and is equipped with all modcons including full size gas cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster, hand blender, Pots and pans etc. In fact every thing you need to enjoy your stay.

Dining Area
A very nice area with table, two stools and wrap around seating. Includes all Plates, Knives, forks, and spoons. Every thing you need to eat in style, even wine glasses and place mats are included.

Double Master Bedroom
Double bed with fitted bedroom furniture includes overhead unit and separate wardrobe and dressing table.

Twin Bedroom
This room consists of two single beds with fitted bedroom furniture, includes overhead unit and separate wardrobe. These beds can be pushed together to make a double if you so wish.

Shower Room
This room comprises of a large walk in shower with seating area, full size flushing toilet with sink and bathroom cabinet.

Parking
Parking is located at the side of the caravan. Additional free parking is available at the entrance to the Caravan Site

Internet/Wifi Connection
This is unfortunatly NOT available, so if you require this you will need to bring your own mobile connection i.e. a dongle connected to a mobile phone airtime provider.

NO PETS/NO SMOKING allowed in the caravan.

The Site:

7 Lakes Country Park, Wharf Road, Crowle, North Lincolnshire, DN17 4JS

Close to the famous River Trent on the stunning Isle of Axholme Crowle) is the 7 Lakes Country Park. Set in a peaceful rural area, just 2 miles from Junction 2 of the M180, on the edge of the historic small market town of Crowle, 7 Lakes Country Park is ideally situated to explore the local area which is steeped in history.

7 Lakes Country Park itself stretches over 120 acres of leafy native woodland, crystal clear water lakes and green fields. The central feature to the picturesque Park is the magnificent 40 acre Clearwater Lake.

Just imagine standing at the Lakeside Bar and Restaurant, enjoying a relaxing drink on the sun terrace enjoying the fabulous sunsets over the lake. What a way to relax and unwind after a busy week at work.....WE DO.

On Clearwater you can go windsurfing, kayaking and canoeing in the mornings and evenings while Jet Skis use the lake in the afternoon (see the site management for full details). This gives our guests plenty of peace and quiet in the evening or early morning. The Fishermen amongst us will catch: Carp to 32lb, monster croc Pike to 28lb. Other coarse fish include Tench, Rudd, Eels, Perch and Roach.

The Lake depths vary between 6ft and 38ft giving the fish plenty of places to hide. Fishing pegs are available around the east shore of the lake.As you walk down Lakeview lane you stroll through the Willows nestling under mature towering trees. Opposite the Willows is Fir Trees, looking over the Fir Tree Pond.

7 Lakes is a truly stunning location and as been described as “heaven” by our guests and Anglers alike.

The coarse and match angler will fall in love with 7 Lakes and catch Carp, Pike, Eels, Tench, Rudd, Perch and Roach. In February 2005 and December 2007 the lake was stocked with Mirror Carp between 8" and 10". The 2005 fish have significantly increased in weight since their introduction. The lake is 6ft to 8ft in depth and anglers have enjoyed catches up to 100lb in a session, thats some catch !!!!

Off the beaten track behind the Riverside lake you can find Everglades Carp Lake. For serious carp anglers the pegs and stalking areas around this lake have to be seen to be appreciated. The Everglades Carp record is 32lb 10oz. The Lake is set within mature woodlands, and has 11 islands and a number of sunken bars, roughly 6ft to 12ft in depth.

So your not into fishings or other water sports how about Bird watching, walking or cycling around the park and woods or why not just relax and unwind on this fantastic country park and escape the everyday stresses.

7 Lakes is situated approx 10 minutes drive from Scunthorpe with its large retail park and Tesco's Extra or you could stay local in the village of Crowle with all its amenities, off licence, shops, pubs, cash machine, hairdressers, bus service, cafes etc. You will also find a very good taxi service in the local area.

Local towns and villages are just a short drive away including Doncaster (18 miles), Scunthorpe (8 miles)and especially for the kids there is cleethorpes with its amusments and fair ground rides. Also the city of Lincoln with its famous Cathedral and Castle being within easy distance, as well as the City of York with all its history and free to enter National Railway Museum and not to mention all the other lovely attractions within the area, so your holiday can be as busy or as relaxing as you want it to be.
