Situated on John Fowler's Killigarth Manor Holiday Park in Polperro, Looe, Cornwall, our lodge is the ultimate in luxury, double glazed with full gas central heating. Our Lodge is ideal for family's offering spacious and relaxing accomodation. Fully carpeted with a fully fitted kitchen with all home mod-cons and dining area. 3 good size bedrooms. Kingsize  bedroom and 2 large twin bedded rooms. Lounge has large LCD TV with DVD player. Bathroom with bath & shower and a seperate shower room. Decked seating area with table & chairs and gate for added security of children and is dog friendly. PLEASE NOTE: Dogs are charged at £25 per week per dog. Lodge available 12 months of the year and winter lets taken.

Please  note our lodge is classed as a premier lodge. If you want a home from home and comfort, this is the one for you. we are now taking bookings for 2012. please enquire about dates and prices.

In the event of cancellation your deposit will be returned only if a replacement booking can be found. It is  recommended you have adequate insurance cover in the event of you having to cancel your holiday.

Payment Terms & Booking Conditions
  • Keys will be available from the key safe at the mobile home from 3pm on day of arrival. Key code will be provided once payment has been made in full.
  • Please vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
  • 25% of the total balance is required to secure your booking with the total balance being payable 4 weeks prior to your holiday. In the event of cancellation the deposit is only returnable if a replacement booking can be made.
  • No all male or all female groups are accepted.
  • It is an express condition of booking that we cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, damage to personal property, or non-availability of amenities due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Dogs are allowed with prior consent & applicable booking fee and must be kept on a lead and under control at all times within the holiday park. Some breeds of dogs are not permitted on the site so please check prior to booking.
  • If any guests cause problems or inconvenience to other guests or staff, we will reserve the right to ask them to leave the park without a refund.
  • Any damage or breakages incurred during the occupancy must be brought to the attention of the owner before vacating and may be subject to charge.

Park Information

Killigarth offers a superb holiday for all the family. With comfortable family accommodation set in the  pleasant grounds, nestled in the rolling countryside of Cornwall’s sunny south coast, with a delightful public footpath down to Talland Bay, direct from the park. 

On the park the wide range of activities include a heated indoor pool, (with separate children’s paddling pool area), fitness suite, an excellent clubhouse offering games, competitions and nightly live entertainment. The under 5s will have a great time in their own indoor Playroom, and all the children can join in the fun and games of the Foxy Club.  

Surrounded by a choice of beaches and only a short distance from the park is the picturesque fishing village of Polperro, whilst slightly further is the famous harbour at Looe where you can even try shark fishing. Killigarth is ideally located to make the most of all the local attractions, including the Eden Project and the historic City of Plymouth, with its National Marine Aquarium, shopping centres and the famous Plymouth Hoe, where Sir Francis Drake played his legendary game of bowls, is only a 25 mile drive away.
