We have available a modern, centrally heated, 3 bedroom holiday home at West Bay,which sleeps maximum 6 people in the 3 bedrooms.It benefits from being on a large non overlooked plot, with plenty of parking only yards away. Gated decking gives a relaxing al fresco area with outdoor furniture supplied. A large grassed area, gives extra room for those outdoor games, (supplied in the lock up). It's well equipped throughout, with all those little extra's you didn't think about, until you needed them! When you enquire you will receive a list of what is included in the price. We don't include bed linen or facility passes, but we do reflect that in our pricing so that you still receive a more than competitive price, an affordable quality holiday, in a quality area of the English coastline.
The lounge area is very spacious with surround seating, coffee table, cupboards and shelving, gas fire, Freeview TV, DVD player and Radio/CD. Off this area is the dining area, with surround seating and 2 separate stools, table mats and coasters provided. Exterior door leads to gated decking.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, full fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, bread bin, ample storage cupboards, saucepans, ovenware, frying pans, cooking utensils, matching cutlery, matching crockery, various size glasses, plastic plates, bowls and beakers for use outside or those not old enough to be confident with crockery.
The bathroom has a power shower cubicle, sink and WC, bathroom cabinet and mirrored shelving.
The caravan has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. Duvets and pillows supplied. Each bedroomed has a wardrobe (hangers in each), cupboards, shelving and mirrors. The double bedroom has Freeview TV and a hairdryer. Please note for sleeping arrangements the 6 berths are considered to be the bedroom areas. Should you wish to use the double sofa bed in the lounge area there is an extra charge of £15.00 per week.
Saturday start dates - Standard arrival time is 3pm. should you wish to start your holiday earlier:
2pm arrival - £10.00 in addition
1pm arival - £15.00 in addition.
Keys will be issued to the keysafe 30 minutes prior to your agreed arrival time.
Saturday end dates - Vacate time is strictly 10:00a.m Guest vacating after this time will be subject to a reduction of the returnable security fee.
Also included is an iron, table top ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
Ample parking yards from the caravan.
Gas, electric and water usage is included in upir price, but excessive use will be charged on.
If you would like to bring your dog, please include details of breed and size at point of enquiry. There is an additional charge of £20 per dog, per week, but much cheaper than paying out for kennelling! maximum 2 small dogs,or 1 large dog.
Note dogs are not allowed to be left unattended at any time in the caravan as per site owner & our rules.
Short breaks may be available, but not in school holidays and start days are Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed only. We may consider short breaks in school holidays if dates are free and start date no earlier than 10 days from enquiry.
In the harbour village of West Bay, one mile from the market town of Bridport, our caravan is pitched on the family holiday park West Bay Caravan Park. West Bay nestles south of Bridport, between Eype and Freshwater, with Seatown to the west Burton Bradstock to the east. Situated at the western end of Chesil Beach, the area forms part of Dorset's Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site within Lyme Bay. Facilities on West Bay Caravan Park include an indoor heated pool, toddlers pool, amusement arcade, pool tables, playground, cycle hire, entertainment club, bar, cafe, supermarket and launderette. West Bay Caravan Park is in a wonderful seaside location for family holidays, countryside and coastal walks, fossil hunting, fishing/angling trips, scuba diving, paragliding, golfing, river boating and so much more Within a short drive are Lyme Regis, Abbotsbury Swannery and Weymouth Sea Life Centre.
