The cosy dining area is situated next to the galley style kitchen, which is well laid out with plenty of storage space.

It has a double bedroom with en-suite and one twin single room ,beds can be pushed together to make a double bed perfect for guests or children, there is also a pull put sofa bed and room for a childs cot, with lots of storage including wardrobes and drawers in the master bedroom. The bathroom has a walk in shower and storage space for your bathroom essentials, and with a second separate WC it's a practical choice for larger groups enjoying their holiday by sea.

There is a patio area outside with room for two cars.

It is sited on rockley Holiday Park, a short drive from the centre of Poole, a traditional seaside town with sandy Blue Flag beaches, amusements and entertainment on the seafront.

The park has clubhouse, indoor swimming pool and entertainment complex, and features children's activities and a bar area for the adults to relax.

There is a launderette on site, also a hire shop for extra bed linen, cots, high chair, etc

The park is also wheelchair friendly.
