Our caravan is a beautiful willerby aspen which benifits from gas cental heating and fully double glazed and is situated close to all amenities also with veiws of the welsh hillside their is also ample parking outside the van we have also recently exteneded the patio area which has patio table chairs and parosol.

The lounge area comprises of corner sette and two chairs which have been recently recovered ceiling light with cooling fan wall lights chimney breast and fire place we also have 40inch lcd tv with freeview dvd player with a selection of dvds xbox and a selection of games and double radiator.

The kitchen is equiped with all mod cons gas cooker microwave kettle toaster all cutlery and utensils, it also benefits fom a full size intergrated fridge/ freezer, and pull out ironing board (as well as an iron).

The bathroom has a power shower which is powered by a combi boiler so there is constant hot water and a wash basin with storage cupboard and overhead mirror and cuboard, it has a seperate wc with washbasin and a single radiator.

There are 3 bedrooms (two twins and one double) and they all have overhead storage and wardrobes. Both twin rooms have underlighting over beds the double has pull out lights all bedrooms fitted with lcd tvs with freeview

All the rooms are fitted with radiators so the van is nice and warm, outside there is a patio area with table and chairs. 

The van is situated on an area which is a minutes walk to complex including swimming baths and beach, but far enough from noise and is nice and quiet. The complex has amusement arcade, mash and barrel, papa john pizza, burger king, there are also two clubs, outside the complex is a new crazy golf which was built last year, to the right of the complex are go carts and a small fair ground. You will also find some sports courts and to the rear of the complex is a fish and chip shop, a spar shop and ten pin bowling.

The swimming complex was refurbished last year - it has a sports halls, two indoor pools and one outdoor pool, sun beds and sauna - also for this year is a new lazy river. At the top of the park is the anchorage pub and bus stop, the beach where there is access all along the park. There are miles of sandy beach and sand dunes with nature reserve
