The Henley is a superior grade holiday home set on this sought after and well established family holiday park at the heart of the English Riviera. The parks in the complex enjoy a range of breath taking views across Torbay and the site caters for whole families with plenty of entertainment for young and old!
The Caravan is a custom built factory order to add an additional touch of quality on top of the manufactures specification. The Henley benefits from full double glazing and insulated walls with hot water on tap 24 hours a day.
The Master Bedroom includes a double bed with generous wardrobe storage space and Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have 2 single beds with wardrobe and overhead storage. The bathroom is well proportioned with a double sized walk in shower cubicle with thermostatic chrome shower.
The open plan living area is large with free standing 2 and 3 seater sofas around the feature fireplace and 22" LCD TV which includes a very good selection of Freeview TV channels and DAB radio. There is also a DVD player supplied for those cosy nights in after your fun packed days! (that is if you don’t make use of the fantastic on site nightly entertainment!)
The kitchen is very well equipped with new quality appliances, all the cooking utensils that could be required and plentiful cupboard space! The kitchen includes a double fan oven, ceramic hob and chrome microwave grille in addition to the kettle, toaster, fridge and even the cafetiere!
We have aimed to make this caravan feel like home with the finishing touches that will feel like your own living room. From the comfy free standing sofa's (as oppose to built in caravan sofa's) to the dining area with 6 separate chairs (instead of the caravan 'bench') - everything about the caravan is intended to make your holiday more enjoyable!
Outside the Henley you have adjacent parking for your car for easy loading, and local wildlife is abundance thanks to the adjacent tree’s and shrub planters. We have a private picnic table for the perfect BBQ on those sunny summer nights!
Included in your booking, we provide FREE activity passes for all three sites within the complex meaning you have access to a wide range of both children’s and adult entertainment. If you decide to stay on the complex, choose from the 3 outdoor and 1 indoor pools, hot tubs, 3 restaurants and 2 night time entertainment venues!
The site complex has recently just celebrated its 50th anniversary and was a popular holiday destination for Alan Carr, comedian and TV presenter in his younger years. The site features in his latest autobiography. The site currently has many many family guests that return year after year as they believe it really is the perfect family holiday park. Visit us and you won’t be disappointed!

Ashvale Facilities
Should you feel the need to leave the park with all these facilities on hand, you are only a few minutes drive from all the fun of Paignton Pier and Torquay. There are numerous beaches around should you want something a bit sandier than the 4 available pools on site and Devon and Cornwall have so many tourist attractions you will never be without something to do!
