Our caravan is situated on an excellent site with stunning views across the fishing lakes reaching far over Cornwall. The enviable position is such that it is located next to a young childrens play area, close to all amenities, a short walk to the fishing lakes, is not overlooked and is not on a road so is safe for young children.

The decking has a large wooden style picnic table and also has a gated entrance so is safe and secure. The caravan is better equipped than you would get with standard Parkdean rental units and is cheaper too.

This caravan is double glazed and has central heating in all the rooms. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin, a comfortable sitting area complete with dining area. The kitchen is well equipped to a high standard, with seperate fridge and freezer. There is an oven, grill, microwave, toaster and kettle along with all pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses etc for your use. For your entertainment whilst in the caravan we have included a TV, DVD, Freeview and playstation 2 along with some books, games, a high chair and travel cot to help if you are bringing along a young child. There is also a safe lockable outside tackle box for all of your bait and equipment, no bait inside the caravan please.

Passes for all of the on site facilities are not included in the price. These can be purchased from the reception for only £7.50 and last for 2 weeks, however for use of all the on site facilities before 6pm each day no passes are required. Fishing passes can be obtained from the fishing lodge and are payable seperately. Included in the price is all the gas and electricity. Duvets and pillows are supplied however you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels.
