This is a luxury "gold standard" caravan which has excellent almost panoramic sea views...

The caravan has a well equipped living area with a flat screen TV, DVD/ CD player and iPod dock. Books and games are provided. The sofa in the living area easily converts into a double bed.

A large well equipped kitchen with dining area contains a full range of equipment including microwave, slow cooker, sandwich maker, iron, ironing board and full size fridge and freezer. There is a large selection of cookware,crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Both bedrooms have ample storage space, the 1st bedroom is a double with access to the bathroom and the 2nd is a twin bedded. Duvets and pillows provided undefinedplease bring your own linen and towels).

The bathroom has access from both main bedroom and hall and includes a large double walk in shower with seat.

For your safety there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm carbon monoxide alarm and emergency exits from most rooms.

There is parking for one car at the side of the caravan but other parking close by. Entertainment passes are available form reception for a small fee.

The caravan is based on Park Resorts caravan site, in the beautiful coastal area of East Durham,the caravan is situated in the quieter side of the park but remains within walking distance undefined5-10mins) of all amenities The area boasts miles of footpath and some inspirational scenery making Durham’s Heritage Coastline ideal for walkers and cyclists. The Park itself is close to the Dene, famous in its hey day of the 30’s and enjoys a fantastic views along the coast.

The park provides a club house with a full range of entertainment for the whole family and has an indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi and an outdoor sports pitch. There is an on-site shop. launderette and an outdoor play area for young children. Within minutes walking distance are excellent sandy beaches, a pony trekking club and Crimdon Dene itself for walks and picnics.

The caravan gives easy access to major routes for Newcastle, the historic city of Durham and is minutes away from the coastal town of Hartlepool with its Historic Quay and Marina.
