This is our privately owned & maintained caravan which has 3 bedrooms & sleeps up to 8, heaters in all rooms, In quieter part of park near to sand dunes & country walk with good view.

Beautiful, privately owned 2009 model Willerby Summer  35 x 10 ft family caravan with 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms plus fold down double in lounge, with gated decking area. All bedding included etc

Maintained to a high standard, clean and fresh with homely personal touches to help your holiday enjoyment.

We stay in the caravan every few weeks so ensure it is looked after and has good standard of cleaning.

The lounge consists of generous seating area and has CD player and a 26" LCD TV with a built in DVD player and free-view channels.

The kitchen has plenty of storage with full size cooker, kettle, toaster, full sized fridge freezer, microwave, hoover, iron & board, hairdryer, pots and pans.

I have a selection of board games, books, jigsaws, beach mats, wind breakers and patio set.

Bedding is included and there are additional thick blankets in cupboards if required.

In Lower Gronant near to Prestatyn, Rhyl, Flint & North Wales coastlines.

There is a no smoking and no pets policy on this caravan. The Haven site operates a no single sex groups policy.

The park is a Haven park so has considerable entertainment & facilities which include

Ø  Children’s Rides & Amusement Arcade

Ø  Show Bars with entertainment, Pub and Restaurant.

Ø  Papa John Pizza undefineddelivers to caravan if required),Fish and Chip Shop and a Burger King.

Ø  Spar shop on site and launderette

Ø  The site operates a “Fun Pass” entrance system to entertainment in evenings which is available at reception for a fee undefinednot included).

Ø  Additional facilities such as crazy golf, bikes, go-carts, archery, fencing, etc are available.

Weekly Rates from £200

Mid week and weekend rates from £100

School Holiday weeks £400 undefinedmid July to end Aug, 1st weeks in April, June & September)

Passes are not included and can be bought on site from Haven or I can arrange these for you if you let me know number of adults / children.
