A £75 per week deposit (non refundable) secures your desired holiday dates, the balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to start date.
We ask all holiday-makers for an additional £75 security bond which is refundable within 14 days of holiday ending providing: There has been no smoking, No damage has been caused, All inventory is fully accountable including keys (no breakages etc) and no excess cleaning is required, Such as dog hairs, stains etc. If your dog fouls in the caravan or there has been smoking inside the caravan you will be audited and charged for a full internal clean, fumigation is quite costly.

BOOKING, TERMS OF CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
COMPLETION OF THE BOOKING FORM AND/OR PAYMENT IS DEEMED AS ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
PAYMENTS
1. A provisional booking will remain firm for a period of five days. A deposit of £75 per week is required to confirm a booking. If the deposit is not received within 7 days then the booking will be canceled.
2. The outstanding balance must be received 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. In the event of the commencement being less than 6 weeks payment in full is required.
3. A £75 security bond will be added to the balance payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of your departure, provided the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition, free of damage, dog hairs, stains and smoke. All items on the inventory will be checked after departure and any items missing or damaged must be paid for in full, this includes caravan keys. The hirer must inform the owners of any breakages, faults or problems as soon as possible.
CANCELLATION
1. Notice of cancellation of Caravan booking must be given to the owners in writing as soon as possible.
2. If you cancel less than 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date the deposit will be forfeited.
3. If you cancel less than 6 weeks prior to your holiday start the following deductions will apply:
a) 5-6 weeks prior to Caravan Occupation - 15% of hire charge
b) 4-3 weeks prior to Caravan Occupation - 30% of hire charge.
c) 3-2 weeks prior to Caravan Occupation - 50% of hire charge.
d) 2-1 weeks prior to Caravan Occupation - 70% of hire charge.
e) Less than 1 weeks prior to Caravan Occupation -100% of hire charge.
The fee lost for cancellation will also depend greatly on whether we are able to let the caravan out for the dates cancelled.
4. In the event of cancellation the security bond will be returned in full 14 days after cancellation.
5. The Hirer is advised to take out adequate travel insurance to cover losses should there be a need for cancellation due to an insured event beyond the Hirers control resulting in financial loss.
6. The owners reserve the right to cancel occupancy without notice. In such an event the Hirer shall be notified as soon as is practical with the Owners liability limited to the value of any payment received from the hirer.
CONDITIONS
1. The caravan is 6 berth and should not at any time be exceeded. Only the names on the booking form can stay in the caravan.
1a All beds have mattress protectors and must not be used without linen and duvet covers on them. There is a launderette on site if you should need it please use it, Thank you.
2. The caravan is only available for rent by families and responsible adults. The Hirer must be 25 years or older and must remain present during the occupancy.
It is a policy of the park that the Caravan cannot be let out to:
a) Parties whose members are all under 18 years of age
b) Parties whose members are all males or all females. No same sex groups permitted.
3 It is a holiday home for families and responsible adults.
4. We do allow a pet for a small charge of £20 per pet per week depending upon size and breed of pet and providing the caravan is thoroughly cleaned when vacating. Pets are NOT allowed on the sofa`s or in ANY of the bedrooms whatsoever! You are responsible for your pet/s both on the site and in the caravan, If your pet fouls in the van you will be audited for the cost of an internal deep clean to eradicate any smells/stains etc. The same goes for smoking, if the caravan has been smoked in then you will be audited for the cost of an internal deep clean.!
Pets to be kept on a lead at all times when outside the caravan. Do not allow your pet/s to foul, Again your responsibility.
5. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Caravan.
The area surrounding the Caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
5a. Gas, Electricity and Water usage is provided free of charge subject to fair usage..
5b. Fair Usage Policy. Obviously if it is cold then we expect you to put the gas fire on for a while, we certainly don`t want you sitting in the cold but what is not excepted is having the gas fire on full, day and night even in the warmer months, this would be just abusing the free gas that we supply. Basically a gas bottle should last approximately 4 weeks in colder months and anywhere Up to 12 weeks during summer month. Once vacated everything is thoroughly checked in and out of the caravan, including what usage of the gas there has been, please use common sense and only use gas fire when absolutely necessary, after all, we paid a lot extra to have heaters fitted into all of the other rooms.
6. Clothes are to be dried on the airer provided and at no time be dried over heaters. Clothes lines are not to be erected.
6a. None of the caravan inventory is to be removed from caravan, even outside!
7. Tents are not allowed on the park.
8. The Park Management or Caravan owners have the right to terminate any holiday if the general behaviour, or noise level of any party is unacceptable to them or complaints have been received. No money will be refunded in this circumstance.
9 We provide all bedding free of charge! Only things you need to bring are bath towels, we even provide tea towels.
9a. Beds will be made up for you, as for the bunkbed the bedding will be left on the bed for you to make up, Sorry but my bad back won`t allow me to do this I have tried and failed miserably and our cleaner (a good friend) struggles to reach.
10. Please use the space at the rear of the caravan for parking your vehicle, do not park on the grass. If you are caught by security parking on wet grass/ damaging grass etc you will be fined there and then and possibly escorted off the park, they may even ban you from any Bourne Leisure parks also.
11. No ball games to be played near to or between ANY Caravan!
12 The Owner or his representative shall be allowed access to the Caravan at any reasonable time during the occupancy.
13. The site Management and Caravan owners will not be held responsible for any injury, death, loss of property or damage suffered by the hirer or member of their party.
14. The Caravan is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
15. Please keep the Caravan in a clean state at all times.
16. If the caravan is damaged in any way or inventory items are missing or damaged then any damage or missing items must be paid for in full.
Liability.
We DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by you or any member of your party.
Insurance.
We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancelations etc. These policies are available quite cheaply from most insurance brokers.
