This is a beautiful 2 bedroomed, 4-6 berth static caravan located  in Withernsea Sands, East Yorkshire, at the lovely park resorts centre.

The caravan is located in a lovely area of the park, in a quiet cul-de-sac , close to the on site leisure centre including the indoor swimming pool, bar and arcade.

The on site shop and launderette is just past the leisure centre and is a 2 to 3 minute walk.

The park itself is very safe for children and provides excellent opportunities to cycle, play games or just relax outside. Two folding chairs provided.

The lovely, sandy beach is just 5 minutes walk from the park and Withernsea town centre a short drive. There is also a bus stop 5 minutes walk away.

The caravan itself is double glazed, has a fixed gas supply with cooker and hob. There are 2 bedrooms and can sleep 4 to 6 people.  Facilities include a TV with built in Freeview and DVD player, hair dryer, iron, hoover,  shower and WC. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace for cooler evening. We can arrange for a travel cot if required (for a small fee).

Also included are small amounts of tea, coffee, milk and sugar.

Allocated parking space for one car.

 park rules are that no single sex groups, or groups comprising of people under the age of 25 are allowed.

The caravan is non smoking and no pets are allowed.

The caravan is new to us this April, therefore everything with the exception of fixtures and fittings) are brand new.

We can arrange return transportation from the South Yorkshire area if required at additional cost.
