Deposit:
£100.00 deposit paid by cheque, to reserve your booking date. The £100.00 deposit be returned on your departure date subject to no breakage damage and van condition. We also require your name, address, phone number and number of people staying at the caravan (adults / children). 

Payment:
Full payment to be paid by CASH on the day of arrival

LETTING ARRANGEMENTS
Arrival time to be between 2pm and 5pm. departure time 10.30am, any later by arrangement with owner. any lost keys will be charged at £20 per set.

ACCOMMODATION STRICTLY SIX PERSONS MAXIMUM
The accommodation may only be used by the persons listed on the booking form,which must be signed by the hirer, who will be responsible for the entire party. Being a family park,we only accept bookings from family groups.We cannot accept bookings from singles or all male/all female parties, especially under 21yrs of age. A family party must include someone over the age of 21 yrs. For your comfort and of others guests we do not allow smoking in the caravan, or pets . The accommodation must be left clean and tidy, if not, a £40 surcharge will be made for cleaning. Breakages, or any damage to the furniture, fittings or the accommodation must be paid for by the hirer, when owner finds out how much it costs to repair damage.

FUNWORK PASSES
Funwork passes NOT included

BEHAVIOUR
If, in the opinion of ourselves, or the park management or other owners any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the being of others, we, or the park manager may take re-possession of the accommodation immediately with no compensation to party.

CANCELLATION
If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone us first and then NOTIFY US BY EMAIL within 3 days of telephone call.
