Located within the private part of the site on the upper slopes, with breathtakingly stunning views across Cardigan Bay to Cader Idris and the Cambrian Mountains beyond. The caravan park is not only situated in a superb location but also has great facilities making it an excellent choice for your family holiday.
With an open-plan cottage style, the comfortable lounge and dining room are separate from the kitchen. There is one large double bedroom and two twin bedrooms next door to a toilet and shower room; the settee in the lounge also turns into a second double bed. The caravan has luxury fixtures and fittings throughout, plenty of storage space and also has electric panel radiators in all rooms.
All gas, electric and entertainment passes are included as well as duvets and pillows. You will need to bring along your own bed linen and towels.
Lounge:- Electric coal effect fire, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD player and board games.
Kitchen:- Five-burner range-style gas hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, large fridge-freezer, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, iron and ironing board.
Outside:- Relax and enjoy the magnificent views and glorious sunsets on our caravan's wrap around, fully enclosed balcony, (very safe and secure for young children), equipped with patio furniture and parasol. There is a paved BBQ area alongside the caravan also with table and chairs. You will also find ample space to park your car either to the side or behind the caravan.

OUT AND ABOUT.
Within Walking Distance:- Miles of sandy beach now benefitting from a multi-purpose reef recently constructed off-shore, 300 metres from the RNLI station. The beach is also famous for it's 10,000 year old sunken forest. In the village of Borth, shops selling everything from beach-ware and buckets to wetsuits and wetwipes. Two mini supermarkets, enough pubs for a pub crawl, a butcher selling beautiful meat and all the makings for a beach BBQ or picnic. The Animalarium and numerous nicnac shops are also available.
By Car:- At the end of the village you have Borth Golf Course and Club. Further on down there is Ynyslas beach, an activity centre and a boardwalk through the sand dunes. The large university town of Aberystwyth is less than 15 minutes away, Sunday Market at Clarach Bay or Tre'r Ddol, Wednesday Market, Celtica Heritage Centre and The Centre for Alternative Technology in Machynlleth, Tal-y-Llyn Steam Railway, Vale of Rheidol Steam Railway and many, many more attractions to suit all ages and abilities.
