Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroomed Gold Grade 36 ft x 12 ft BK Caprice.

Situated in a nice cul-de-sac location  Bream Close is a short distance to the main Entertainment Complex.

Our Holiday Home is a cosy yet spacious home with a modern contemporary look. We have fully equipped our home to meet all your needs and with the highest specification fixtures and fittings.  It is single glazed with panel heating including heated towel rail in the bathroom. Featuring vaulted ceilings throughout, in the lounge you will find a flame effect fire/heater & modular seating with pull out occasional bed with colour LCD TV with Freeview, DVD & PS2 and a selection of books and games for those rainy days.  The kitchen benefits from having an integrated fridge/freezer, a double oven, microwave & plenty of work top and plenty of storage.  Free standing dining table and chairs complements the living area.

Master Bedroom with double bed and en-suite toilet offer superb comfort and the modern fitted wardrobes & cupboards also make a great feature of this fantastic home. There are two twin bedrooms that have 2 beds and wardrobes. Pillows and duvets for all beds are supplied. Outside is a lovely veranda and seating to enjoy those nice sunny days and beautiful evenings.

All you need to bring with you are duvet covers, sheets towels and tea towels. Although we can provide Linen at a small extra charge, please ask.

Our holiday homes are all fitted with Fire Extinguishers & Blankets, Smoke Alarms & CO detectors.
