Our privately owned Platinum caravan holiday home is now being offered for occasional let on the prestigious "front row" of this popular family friendly site. We have unopposed sea views of the whole of torbay and beyond from the caravan and the decking . The centrally heated double glazed accomodation boasts a main bedroom and 2 good size twin bedrooms, all with good storage, and also a pull out double bed in the lounge area. There is a 32" wall mounted TV/ DVD player, and a modern electric glass fire in the lounge, with comfortable seating. There is a freestanding dining table and 6 chairs in the dining area and the kitchen has a fridge/ freezer, washer/ drier , full size cooker, microwave and toaster plus all the utensils you will need. There is a power shower in the good size bathroom and also there is a second seperate toilet and wash basin.The decking area offers a table and chairs and an outside light to enjoy days or evenings enjoying the beautiful views and lights of torbay. Duvets and pillows are provided. The site has a good value village shop, a bar/ restaurant which serves food throughout the day,eat in or takeaway, a lovely heated outdoor pool and a club room with day and night entertainment , and childrens entertainment. The coastal path runs to the front of the caravan and the heritage steam train also runs seasonally, so the caravan is ideal for all sorts of holiday requirements.
