From 30 May 2012 - The Capri caravan will be a pet friendly caravan. Price £30 for the 1st dog, half price for the 2nd.

Max of 2 dogs only.

The Capri caravan without the added features and Parkdean's standard equipment would be graded as their top of the range (2 bed Oyster caravan)

3, 4, 7, 10 and 14 nights stays available. Due to park rules max stay is 4 weeks.

A £30 discount is available when 2 or more consecutive weeks are booked at once. Offer excludes any late deals.

Short breaks dates available Fri - Mon or Mon - Fri. Full details can be found on our website).

Prices and availability section. Please note we do operate a daily calender to enable you see the full dates we have available for both weekly and short breaks. The prices you see are not the for the daily rate, they are for the full cost of the holiday. ie : - price showing on the Fri is for the holiday cost Fri - Mon, Mon is for the holiday cost for Mon - Fri and Sat is for Sat - Sat.

THE LIVING AREA

The living area, has a wrap around seating area which also has a pull out double bed housed within the sofa. (Please note the pull out double bed will not be available for your use, unless by prior arrangement and a £15 surcharge will apply). There is a TV/DVD Combo with free view channels. French doors lead you outside from the living area.

THE DINING AREA

The dining area is situated opposite the kitchen with a free standing table and 4 chairs

THE KITCHEN AREA

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need, including gas oven with grill and a 4 burner hob. Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, kettle and toaster. A iron and ironing board are available for your use.

MASTER BEDROOM

Comprises of, a double bed, bedside cabinets with shelves, overhead cupboards, large wardrobe, drawers and dressing table. Master bed is also en suite, with a toilet and wash basin.

A hair dryer is available for your use.

TWIN BEDROOM

The twin bedroom comprises of, 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, overhead cupboards, draws and wardrobe.

THE BATHROOM ROOM

The bathroom comprises of, toilet and wash basin, mirrored cabinet and a glass door shower unit.

TOILET

There is also another toilet with wash basin, which en suite to the master bedroom.

THE PATIO AREA

To the side and front of the caravan is a paved patio area.

HEATING

The caravan has a coal effect fire with blown hot air in the living area, heated towel rail to the main bathroom and gas central heated throughout.

PARKING

There are parking bays by the road approx 10 metres in front of the caravan. With a footpath leading directly to the paved patio area around the caravan.

LINENS

All beds are supplied with either a double or single duvet. Doubles have 4 x pillows and singles 1 x pillow each.

We do request that all guests supply their own bed linen. Including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, all cot bedding, towels and tea towels for their stay.

TV Licence

Please note your own TV Licence does not cover you in the caravan.
The caravan is covered by its own separate TV Licence.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The caravan is checked at regular intervals, by a park site certified contractor.

Gas is certificated each year.
Electric is certificated every 3 years.
(Certificates are displayed in the caravan)

All electrical items are PAT tested by a certified contractor.

Fire detector.
(These are checked before each letting).

RESTRICTIONS

No smoking is permitted within all the caravans (ashtrays are provided for outside use only),

No pets in Moonstone, Torino and Capri and Roselle caravans

Carlton and Capri caravans (Capri from 30 May 2012) 2 dogs are permitted £30 for the 1st dog and half price the 2nd. Max of 2 dogs permitted.

Due to park rules, I am afraid we cannot hire to the following.

Parties, whose members are under the age of 21 years,

Parties, whose members are all male or all female,

Parties, whose members exceed the number of berths contained in our caravans.

Please note the caravans we hire at West Bay are strictly NO PETS ALLOWED (in the Moonstone 3 bed, Torino 3 bed and Roselle 3 bed. Capri 2 bed no pets allowed unitl 30 May 12 and NO SMOKING PERMITTED WITHIN ALL THE CARAVANS. Ashtrays are provided for outside use only.

2 dogs are permitted in the Carlton 3 bed, 6 berth caravan. And Capri 2 bed from 30 May 2012. £30 for the 1st dog, half price for the 2nd. Max of 2 dogs permitted
