Juniper Close 52 is a privately owned caravan situated on Haven's flagship holiday park Devon Cliffs.
 
Accommodation:
 
We have a lovely 3 bedroom caravan which includes everything you need for a fantastic holiday.
 
Living Room:
 
There is an ample seating area and dining table, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player, gas fire and portable radiators are also provided.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size gas oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, fridge with small freezer compartment, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is also a selection of children's cutlery and plastic plates, bowls and beakers.
 
Bathroom:
 
There is a full size shower and toilet, sink and mirror plus shelving for wash bags etc.

There is 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and shelving for extra storage. The master bedroom also has a fitted dressing table and stool.
 
There is an additional pull out double bed in the living room to allow groups of up to 8 people.

There are mirrors in the bedrooms and living room. Pillows, duvets and bed linen are provided but the hirer will need to provide their own towels.
 
All gas, electric and water costs are included in the cost of your holiday.
