A spacious 8 berth, 3 bed prestige classed caravan, comprising shower and wc with a separate second wc. Bedrooms are 1 double which has overbed storage with lighting,bedside cabinets,wardrobe and dressing area with mirror,shelf and stool and hair dryer provided.The 2 twins rooms both have overbed storage,wardrobe,bedside cabinet,mirror and shelf. All bedrooms have heating panels to keep warm during the colder months. An additional double sofa bed in the lounge makes this an 8 berth. 2 comfy sofas and gas fire in lounge, beautiful fully equipped kitchen comprising of oven with extractor fan,kettle,toaster,coffeemaker,fridge-freezer,additional halfsize freezer, microwave and all other kitchen appliances and utensils needed in a modern kitchen. Dining table and chairs. The hall way has 2 heating panel and the bathroom has an heated towel rail.

The interior is such that the room,kitchen and dining area is spearated by a door which leads into the hall,bedrooms and both wc's as well as the entrance to the caravan. I find this usefull when children are in bed you can shut all doors and they wont be kept awake with nose in the living area.
A £50 deposit (non refundable) is required on booking with the balance being payable no later than 4 wks before your holiday.
Pillows and duvets are provided. Bed linen is not provided but can be hired on site.
A travel cot is available free of charge on request
Gas and electric is free.Also for your own safety a smoke alarm,fire extinquisher,and carbon monoxide detector are fitted inside the caravan.

Due to recent problems with items being removed from the caravan and damage being caused by people simply treating my caravan badly I am now having to charge a £50 bond. Its not something I want to do and have not done so in the past but unfortunately now find it neccessary.The bond will be refunded to your address within the week of your departure once my caravan has been checked by myself. If however damage has been caused or any items are missing then the cost for renewal or repair will be deducted from the bond. The odd glass or plate is understandable and of course wont be charged for.
