Our caravan is a 6 berth 35ft by 10ft Atlas Sahara. It is very nicely fitted out with all mod cons. It has 3 bedrooms, 4 single and one double bed. Three piece suite in lounge . Gas and electric are included in the price. Fridge, gas oven , microwave, 22 inch Flatscreen tv/dvd combi with built in freeview, gasfire, electric storage heaters, cooling fan, quilts pillows and mattress protectors.

You will need to bring with you your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels.

It is sited in a very good position with ample parking. Sunnymead is a 3 minute walk from the Fantasy Island Complex, and the beach is a 10 minute walk away with sandy beaches and all the usual attractions including pubs, bars, amusements and eating places / restaurants. Ingoldmells also has a very large market which is part of the Fantasy Island Complex. Ideal for families and children.

There are friendly child friendly pubs nearby and shop on site.

Please leave caravan in clean and tidy order or your deposit will be witheld to pay for cleaners / damage.

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the caravan.

There is a charge of £50 on top of the weekly price. This will be returned within 7 days after full inspection of caravan. This will be lost for late cancellations and breakages.

Balance to be paid within 6 weeks of booked holiday. If you cancel the holiday within 4 weeks of date,we will refund 50%. If cancelled within 2 weeks of holiday, the full amount will be forfieted, and no refunds will be available.

Holiday weeks run from Saturday to Saturday only.

Check in time is from 2pm onwards. Check out time is 10am.

Park Information

Sunnymede Ingoldmells Caravan Park is next to both Fantasy Island and Eastgate market. The East Coast's finest Blue Flag beaches are only a 5 minute walk away, with Skegness beach only a short drive away.

Ingoldmells is colourful, fast and exciting!

If you are a fearless roller coaster rider take a trip on the Millennium Roller Coaster at Fantasy Island, the longest looping coaster in Europe; or Jubilee Odyssey the world's longest suspended roller coaster with the steepest drop in Europe. There's an amazing array of theme park rides, thrills and experiences just waiting to be discovered as well as spectacular shows for kids. Take a break from the rides and wander around the vast market at Ingoldmells, the largest market in Europe that is open seven days a week.

Also located in Ingoldmells is the fabulous re-developed Butlins with its majestic dome of the Skyline Pavilion.  It is a fantastic day out for the family. Butlins offers all weather multi-sports courts, the Fun Splash, the Odeon Cinema, a fantastic array of foods, and more.

If you fancy a quieter day out then Hardy's Animal Farm is a firm favourite, you will find little furry friends, birds and farm creatures as well as an adventure play park for kids.
