This holiday park was awarded the "Holiday Park of the year" by the Tourism South East at the Tourism Excellence Awards 2009, 2010 and again in 2011.
CARAVAN DESCRIPTION: Lounge, dining area, kitchen, toilet/shower room, large double bedroom, twin bedroom (the 2 singles can be pushed together to make a double bed) and double-pull-out bed in the dining area. Lots of storage space. A large lockable veranda with patio set. Car parking near by. Prices include gas, electricity and water.
DOGS ALLOWED: Dogs are very welcome, don't leave them at home bring them with you as the Holiday Park is a very dog friendly place. Lots of places to walk the dogs and they are allowed on the Park's Beach. We accept up to two dogs.
CARAVAN EQUIPMENT: The caravan is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday, such as: Full-size Gas Oven and Hob, TV with Freeview, DVD, microwave, Toaster, Kettle, George Foreman grill, Tefal Actifry (save money & cook your own chips), Upright Hoover with tools, Kitchen Utensils, Cutlery, Fridge with small freezer compartment, Steam Iron & Ironing Board, Duvets and Pillows. Bed linen is not provided, (so please bring your own duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases). There is a gas fire in the lounge area and a portable oil filled radiator. There is also a selection of board games, jigsaw puzzles, playing cards, books, dvds and cds for your enjoyment.
CARAVAN LOCATION: Located at West Sands (Bunn Leisure) which is the largest of 3 holiday villages. The Waterfront complex is within a 3 minute walk from the caravan and here you will find the Embassy Club, Smugglers Restaurant, Amusement Arcade, Convenience Store, Solent View Bar, Ocean Bar, Burger Express, Café Max. Adjacent to the Waterfront is the Oasis Complex, a fantastic leisure centre with a 25-metre swimming pool, lazy river, megasplash waterslide, sauna and steam room. There is also a Beauty Room where you can get a massage, have various treatments or get a tan on the sunbeds.

OTHER ATTRACTIONS: Also located at West Sands: Holiday Reception, Windmill Supermarket, Fish & Chip Shop, Launderette, Fun Fair, Amusements, Go-Karts, Crazy Golf, Childrens Playground, Multi-sports Area, Beach Shop, Cafe. Kids Clubs: Various Kids Clubs from under 5 to 17. The Bunni Express and the Park bus runs between all 3 sites free of charge until the early hours. There is live entertainment every night of the week in all three sites.
SELSEY TOWN: The town is a good 15-minute leisurely walk away and you will find an array of shops. There is a Budgens, One-Stop, Co-op as well as various pubs and restaurants.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: Bunn Leisure is on the Southern fringe of West Sussex, the cathedral city of Chichester, dating back to Roman times is less than 10-miles away. Bognor, Brighton and Portsmouth are also not that far away. Attractions include: Arundel Castle, Beaulieu National Motor Museum, Amberley Working Museum, Earnley Butterflies, Birds & Beasts, Fontwell and Goodwood Racecourses, Fishbourne Roman Palace. Chichester Golf Club is approx 10-minutes in the car.
