Our beautiful 6 berth caravan is situated on The Gap caravan park, a quiet site on the coastal village of East Runton North Norfolk.
East Runton has Cromer one side which is a two minute drive or a lovely walk oalong the beach. Sheringham is the other side which is a beautiful seaside town with lots to see and do.
East Runton has two great pubs which both serve great food day and evening, there is fish and chip shop, a greek restaurant and a super market.
If you prefer some family entertainment there is a club house just a few minutes walk from the site.
It is a great base if you wanted to travel a little further to Norwich, The Norfolk Broads or Wells.
Our caravan is strictly non smoking, it has decking where you can sit and enjoy the sea view, you can even see Cromer pier! Our spacious plot is a real sun trap where you have the sun right through to the evening. The decking is a fabulous extention to the caravan where your children can play safely.
This year we have replaced many items and installed a new bathroom suite , and refurbished the kitchen and replaced the carpets and lino this year.
Caravan details are; 2 bedrooms, 1 double, the double bed is a real divan bed this bedroom has a tv on the wall and 1 twin, the single beds can be pushed together to make a double.
The lounge has a gas fire. Please note only one gas bottle is provided per week a replacement costs £45.
The kitchen is well equipt with an under counter fridge with small freeze box, microwave, toaster and everything else you would expect.
An iron and ironing board.
A hoover.
A selection of games and dvds for your family to enjoy.
Washroom with new shower, hand basin and toilet.
There are wind breaks and fold up chairs you may like to take to the beach , and sun loungers for your use at the caravan.
There is an outside tap for sandy feet or paws.
Please supply your own towels. You need to bring all bedding including pillows sand duvets we only supply new mattress protectors. This is because covid is still very much around.
Parking is next to the caravan.
All gas appliances are fully certified.
WiFi is available on site but there is a charge.
The site has a laundry room with coin operated machines.
Small well behaved dogs are welcome.
Maximum of 5 people.
We require a £75 deposit to secure your week ( non refundable) and your balance is due 4 weeks before you arrive.
Odd days are available in April £75 per night minimum 4 nights, Nights must be inbetween Saturday and Saturday.
PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE 2 OTHER LOVELY CARAVANS ON THE SITE ,BOTH WITH DECKING 47 AND 8 , BOTH PET FRIENDLY.

A non refundable deposit of £75 per week secures your holiday, which is payable on booking the Balance is due 4 weeks before the holiday.
If your holiday is in less than 4 weeks the full amount will be required.

Odd days available in April minimum 4 nights £75 per night .. must be inclusive of Saturday to Saturday., 5 nights £70 per night.
A second dog will cost an extra £35.
A cheque is fine or you can pay straight into my account , which ever you prefer.

The Gap Caravan Site is located in a fantastic position, footsteps away from the beach, on the cliff tops of East Runton in North Norfolk, just over a mile away from Cromer town centre.
The park has remarkable views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Cromer pier, church and lighthouse can also be seen from most parts of the site. There is a slope opposite our entrance which goes straight down to East Runton's very own Blue Flag beach, leading to hours of fun to be had building sandcastles or searching for crabs in the rock pools at low tide. East Runton also offers two pubs, a Greek restaurant, Fish & Chips and a convenience shop. Within waking distance is the town of Cromer, with it's Blue Flag sandy beaches, famous pier, Church, numerous cafes and shops, museum, cinema and the end of pier 'Seaside Special' shows. There is also a train station which runs direct to the fine city of Norwich, which is 40 minutes away.
Sheringham, a short five minute drive away, is another busy seaside town. It has the 'Splash' Leisure Pool as well as beautiful gardens to see at Priory Maze and Gardens. There is also the opportunity to hop on the North Norfolk Steam Railway to take a ride to the Georgian town of Holt.
Whatever time of year you choose to holiday at Gap Caravan Park you are bound to find plenty to see and do and one thing is certain - one visit is never enough...
