It is sited on the Sandringham top end with the sun all day on the decking. Available to rent from February to October. Sleeps 6, 1 double and 1twin room, a sofa bed in the lounge area, all bedding is included sorry not towels. There's a large decking area with gate to keep children and pets safe. A £50 deposit on booking this is then used as bond paid back after your stay. Please send bank details when you get home not on booking.

£50 deposit on booking, balance a month before your stay this is used for your bond its refunded after inspection if found that the caravan doesn't need excessive cleaning with no damage. 

No charging cars from the caravan as this is a fire hazard the caravans are not equipped for this and trip main fuses.
