Welcome to our lovely holiday home on the 5 * Sand le Mere Holiday Village. It is a 39 x 12 Pemberton Montreux sited on a nice quiet plot on The  Dales development overlooking fields and a  lake,  . It has  it's own parking bay for 2 cars,  and a nice gated decking.    There is a  2 seater settee and 2 reclining swivel chairs , a coffee table and matching sideboard and TV unit. There's a 43"  TV, with sky freeview,   a DVD player with a good selection of DVD's,  and a few jigsaws, games and books   **  FREE PRIVATE WIFI  **. Also a log effect electric fire. The fully equipped kitchen has a full size integrated fridge freezer, a full size gas cooker with extractor hood,  microwave,   slow cooker,  kettle,  toaster, crockery, cutlery, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and a few cleaning products.   Also a dining table and chairs.       

The spacious master bedroom has a  king size bed with a memory foam mattress topper. There's plenty of wardrobe space, and plenty of drawer space in the dressing table. There's a 32" TV with integrated DVD player, a hairdryer and alarm clock. An en suite with toilet and washbasin and corner wall cabinet. The twin bedroom has a double wardrobe with drawers underneath and wall cupboards above the beds, and a  22" TV.        Pillows,  duvets, bedding  and mattress protectors are provided. Beds can be made up ready for you  at no extra charge ,  or you can fetch your own bed linen if you prefer. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.

Gas, electric and water are included in the price, but passes for the leisure complex are not. These can be bought from reception. 

The facilities at Sand le Mere are fantastic. There's an indoor heated swimming pool with water slide and splash pool,  a sauna and steam room, a well equipped hi tec gym, children's indoor and outdoor activities. children's club , teens club, and plenty more besides,  cafe, shop, restaurant / bar, takeaway,  launderette. There is regular entertainment throughout the season, with star cabaret acts, and visiting cabaret acts on most Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings,  plus other various events. Check the Sand le Mere website for details.  For the fisherman there is a well stocked freshwater lake. . A regular bus service runs from the site into Withernsea ( about 4 miles ) and Hornsea ( about 14 miles).

WE WILL ACCEPT ONE OR TWO WELL BEHAVED DOGS AT NO EXTRA COST,  BUT PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR PET ONTO THE FURNITURE, OR BEDS, AND PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED IN THE CARAVAN UNLESS THEY HAVE A PET CAGE.  MUST BE FULLY HOUSE TRAINED.

A  £50 deposit is required to secure your dates.     The balance plus a  £50 damage deposit will be due 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. The £50  will  be refunded within 2 days of vacating provided   no loss or damage has been found to caravan or contents, and the caravan is  left clean and tidy.
