Our beautiful Lakeside 3 bedroom, 8 berth static caravan is set in the heart of the Cotswolds, overlooking a lovely Lake within a 4 star lake complex that offers many fantastic facilities for all ages. These include both indoor and outdoor heated pools, a sauna, steamroom and gym, modern restaurant and cafe, soft play area, arcades, New crazy golf, 3 play parks, football pitch and tennis courts and 4 well stocked lakes which can be fished, one of which is halved for pedalo boats.The club house it self offers amazing entertainment for children and adults, day time and night. It is a perfect location for families, fishermen, walkers, watersport enthusiasts, or just a nice place to get away to.

Our doubleglazed, central heated Lakeside caravan has 3 bedrooms and can sleep upto 8 people (double sofa bed in livingroom).

BEDROOM 1- Double bed,Double wardrobe and extra cupboard space (en-suite w.c.)

BEDROOM 2- Two single beds,wardrobe, drawers and cupboard space

BEDROOM 3- Two single beds,wardrobe

LIVINGROOM- A light and spacious room with 32 inch TV,DVD player ,Electric fire, Patio doors opening onto decked area with amazing views

DINING AREA- Free standing dining table with 4 chairs (can provide a further 2)

KITCHEN- A well stocked kitchen with mainly new appliances, including large fridge/freezer, double oven, 4 hobs, microwave, kettle and toaster

OUTSIDE DECKING AND PATIO AREA- A very nice gated raised deck with fantastic views overlooking a Beautiful Lake, perfect place to sit and enjoy your holiday.(Gate can be locked by key)

NOW TAKING BOOKINGS FOR 2021

All payments must be paid 6 weeks before start date please(when applicable) and I will require a £100 damage deposit which will be returned to you within a week of check out date providing there is no damage or proof of smoking in caravan.please remember No food or Drinks in bedrooms apart from Water.

Please note that if caravan is left with bad cleanliness then an amount reflecting to cleaning needed will be deducted from your deposit. Please also note that if it becomes obvious that someone has smoked in the caravan, You will NOT receive your deposit back and I will send you a letter to your home address stating why I am no returning deposit.

*Club passes are not included in the price. However, I can get all the paper work filled out for you so that when you arrive you can just pay and collect from reception, hassle free.

£40 up to 6 Guests 

£50 for 7 to 8 Guests
