Large 3 bedroomed home from home spacious caravan ,with a spectacular sea view and coastline setting on a superb flat spot on the caravan site , veranda  with seating and plenty of area to the side of caravan , Gas and electric are supplied ,it also has a  32inch flat screen tv with a basic sky tv package  and selection of dvds, cooker, electric kettle microwave  toaster fridge separate front door freezer  iron hair dryer.  All fresh bedding supplied  (you will need to provide your own towels and tea towels). It is fully equipped  except for a washing machine and dryer, but there is a laundery room on site.There are two toilets in the caravan. The site  has now been taken over by Haven and has just undergone a £14 million make over with  massive extensive work  carried out in the swimming pool area  large family room with nightly entertainment for the children and later in the evening family entertainment  large play area with amusements, fishing lake and much more. There are stricktly NO pets of any kind allowed, and this is a SMOKE FREE caravan and we respectfully ask that any smoking be done outside the caravan, We are sorry to say that there will be no teenage groups allowed even with parents, and no same sex groups/parties female or male, The caravan is fitted with smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector for  added safety , Gas is checked out every year by a registered gas engineer and the certificate is on display. Please note that you are responsible for any damage that may occur during your stay and would have to be replaced, or the cost of the repair will be charged to the person that booked the caravan. PLEASE NOTE : SORRY WE FEEL 8 GUESTS IS TOO MANY PERSONS IN THE CARAVAN AT ANY ONE TIME, WE WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO WELCOME UP TO 6 GUESTS.

the deposit is £100 per week and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before the booking date of your holiday.

The caravan is available from 2:30 PM on the day of your arrival ,and we require the caravan to be vacated on the day of your departure for 10.30 AM ,this is to enable me to do the change over for the next family,   Please note l do not get involved with passes as they change colour ever other week if you call the activity barn they will give you all the information you require Thank you.
