Devon Cliffs, Sandy Bay, Exmouth, Devon (Ref.104020)

Devon Cliffs is a 5* Holiday Resort set in the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site, the park is situated on the cliff-top with a lovely sandy beach below.

Usually the Park has entertainment day and night and caters for all the family but please see Haven website for current restrictions and availability on activities and entertainment obviously due to COVID-19.

Our caravan is  privately owned and very special to us and we would like to share this spacious holiday home with a wonderful sea view and front decking plus a patio area beside the caravan with a patio table and chairs. 

The side door to the caravan takes you into the  kitchen which is well equipped, full size gas cooker, microwave and a full size fridge freezer.

Dining and Lounge area has a dining seating area which also has a sea view.  The spacious lounge has plenty of seating and a 32" colour TV/DVD player and a gas fire.  The large patio doors open out onto a small decking and has wonderful sea views.

Bathroom and Toilet - Large shower with  glass doors, toilet and wash basin.  Seperate ensuite toilet & wash basin. 

3 Bedrooms - One ensuite double and 2 twin rooms with fitted wardrobes and Central heating. All beds will have mattress protectors, pillows and duvets (Please bring your own sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases)

We ask for a deposit of £150, £100 secures the booking which is non refundable (unless we have to cancel due to the unlikelyhood of damage to the van from previous guests) and £50 which is refundable after the caravan has been checked for cleanliness and no damage has occurred. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

Entertainment passes are NOT included in our price but are available at an extra cost through Devon Cliffs.

If at the time of booking is less than 8 weeks payment will need to be paid in full.

Once we have received full payment for the holiday the information on the collection of keys (key code to box) will be emailed out to you. 

Keys can be collected at 2pm on the day of arrival and you will need to vacate the caravan by 10 am on the day of departure.

Payment accepted by bank transfer.

When booking please include all details of  adults and children who will be staying, we have a non smoking and no pets policy due to family allergies.  Haven have currently a new booking/registration system in place and I will have to register you and then Haven will email you with your car pass and the rules and regulations.

Please leave our holiday home as you would like to find it, if you have any breakages during your stay please give us a call then we can replace the item and our next guests will have full inventory also if there is severe damage and we are unable to let to guests following you I would need to know ASAP as we do not have an alternative caravan to offer.

The park is pretty big. And because so many families come to stay here, Haven make it their priority to make sure that activities, entertainment and dining facilities don’t disappoint...

So as well as a great, daily entertainment line-up and the sort of fun facilities you’d expect from Haven. You’ll also find some unique places to eat. The South Beach Café is easily one of the most picturesque spots to enjoy fresh British seafood. And on top of that it’s just a short way down the bright, red rock cliffs, onto the sandy bay.
