Our spaciously modern 2013 two bedroom six berth ABI Malvern caravan benefits from full gas central heating and double glazing throughout. At a generous 36 feet long by 12 feet wide this caravan provides all the comfort and space of a real home from home and now comes with free wifi.

We have chosen a fantastic south facing pitch on the quiet Meadows area of the park which will allow you to enjoy the gated decked balcony to the full with round dinining table and bistro chairs as well as your own private parking space which is directly alongside.

The lounge is bathed in daylight with its wrap around windows and new curtains, there is a very large stylish wrap around sofa (including sofa bed) providing ample seating for all the family. We have provided a 32 inch TV for your entertainment and beneath the wall mirror is a delightful contemporary fire place for those cooler evenings and new carpets and vinyls have been fitted throughout.

The dining area has a free standing table by the sofa and a couple of padded stools to provide ample dining seating for 6. The open plan kitchen comes fully equipped with everything that you may need during your stay including a full sized oven and grill with 4 ring gas hob and extractor fan, microwave, full sized integrated fridge and separate freezer, toaster, kettle and a full crockery and cutlery inventory.

The lovely master bedroom with its own private en-suite has a King sized divan bed with excellent Emma mattress.  It comes with twin bedside cabinets as well as stylish overhead storage and shelving units. There is a full sized double wardrobe and separate dressing table area with mirror and drawer units as well as a handy make up stool.

The twin bedroom has very been cleveryly thought about to give that little bit if extra space by placing the beds at horizontals to each other enabling a full height wardroom to be palced in here along with wall mirror and shelving untis.

The shower room has a modern white suite incorporating a sink, WC and a large enclosed shower cubicle with mixer shower.  There is plenty of shelving in this room for your towels ect and this is also where the boiler cupboard is housed.

Please note in order to keep our prices as low as possible guests will be required to bring your own bed linen, we do however supply all duvets and pillows along with mattress and pillow protectors.

We are happy to accept well behaved Dogs in this caravan for an addiitonal charge of £40 per dog per week (Max 2 dogs).

Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from reception on arrival or online in advance of your stay.

Please note that Newquay Holiday Park no longer permits commercial vehicles on the park unless they have windows all around.

To confirm your booking we will require a non refundable deposit of £150 per week with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date, payment can be made PayPal or Bank Transfer.

Please note that we do charge a fully refundable damages bond of £75 on all bookings and this is refunded within 7 working days of your departure subject to the caravan being left as you found it..

Our prices are based on a 7 night stay Saturday to Saturday with a check in time of 4.00PM and check out no later than 10.00AM.  I am also happy to accept weekend and midweek bookings subject to availability as long as they are for a minimum of 3 nights and outside of the school holiday periods.
