Sea View Is an up-sized, luxury, modern contemporary light and airy 36ft x 13ft holiday home. Sea View enjoys stunning views and is located on one of the best plots on Waterside Holiday Park!  What makes this platinum holiday home so special is the fantastic location, views and 5 Star managment we offer. 

This holiday home has its own private parking bay.

Our generous 38ft x 13ft, open plan living area is the perfect setting to enjoy the incredible views of Torbay and beyond. Location, luxury living and personal attention to detail is what we offer all our guests.

We can accommodate your holiday needs for 11.5 months of the year. We can guarantee a relaxed and enjoyable holiday experience like no other while staying at Sea View, regardless of the season.

Accommodation

Sea View is a high specification platinum grade holiday home located on a prime plot on Waterside Holiday Park. Situated within a 10 minutes walking distance from the award winning beaches located at the seaside resorts of Paignton and Goodrington.

Lounge-Dining-Kitchen

Sea View has a large open plan lounge-dining-kitchen area with seating for six persons. Our lounge enjoys sophisticated colour combinations which enhance the stylish décor and beech effect furniture fully complimented by a stylish lounge suite with matching drapes. You will also enjoy the benefit of full gas central heating for those chillier nights. Our lounge area also has a feature fire, surround and large TV and a DVD player.

In the kitchen  the colour and style of our lounge is followed through to the 5* kitchen which is fully equipped with a 4 burner gas hob - gas oven, extractor canopy, an integrated fridge freezer and built in microwave.

We also have your dining needs fully covered! For your dining needs there is a well-proportioned dining table with seating for four/six persons.

If you do not want to do any home cooking there are many eating establishments located a short walk away.

Bedrooms-Bathrooms

Our Bedrooms maintain the rich contemporary feel of the living area with smart accessories such as cushions and matching drapes. The master bedroom has a double size bed topped with memory foam mattress, dressing table, TV with Free View. For storage there are spacious wardrobes. Leading off the master is an En-suite with toilet and wash basin.

Our main bathroom comes with a washbasin, shower and toilet.

The second bedroom has two single beds and built in wardrobe.

Outside Deck Area

Sea View has a custom-built raised deck area to take full advantage of the stunning panoramic coastal views. The deck is fully equipped with a patio table and chairs for al-fresco dining, weather permitting. There are stunning views of the bay and passing steam train. 

Due to Sea Views unique location guests can enjoy peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the park. Weather permitting, our deck area has patio lights so that you can enjoy a glass of wine and al-fresco dining at your leisure.

Sea View has style and sophistication for those people who enjoy the finer things in life. If you are looking for a memorable holiday then you are looking in the right place!

Utilities

Sea View has a FREE mains supply for electricity, gas and water. For those chillier nights you have the added benefit of full gas central heating and double glazing. Facilities include constant hot water, gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle.

Supplied is an inventory of basic bedding for up to six persons including quilts and pillows. Please bring with you your own linen for beds, towels and toiletries.

Waterside Entertainment

Entertainment passes for guests can be purchased at reception on arrival at a minimal charge. Children under the age of 3 are Free.

Waterside Holiday Park has a clear focus on family fun; you will certainly never be short of things to do. If you fancy a restful day between visits to the numerous tourist attractions in the area, you can make use of the luxury outdoor pool

Providing family friendly opening times to splash about with the kids or simply soak up some sun. And there's always the Kids Club to keep your little ones entertained.

There are great food options for even the fussiest, whether a takeaway or eating in, the Smugglers Inn and Restaurant is the place to go.

On the cusp of the Paignton area lies Waterside Holiday Park, with its spectacular views of the South Devon coastline and the ocean. From its elevated position, you will enjoy stunning views of the Torbay coastline, and it is close to the fabulous beaches and attractions of the famed English Riviera. Stay at Waterside and you can take a trip to beautiful Goodrington Sands and Broadsands, award winning Blue Flag beaches, ideal for swimming exploring rock pools and other water activities.  Cafes with outside and inside seating to enjoy the views. They can both be accessed either by walking on the coastal path or by car.

On the park, you'll find a brand-new indoor swimming pool and jet pool, along with the newly refurbished bar and restaurant which takes influence from the style of a traditional pub. During the summer, you can sit back and enjoy the scenic views of the bay on the raised terrace which is the perfect space for al fresco dining. Some entertainment is provided during the holiday season and various activities for the families to take part in.

Waterside is renowned for its amazing setting, along with the famous Steam Railway that borders the park. With easy access out onto the headland, guests can walk through the tunnel under the Steam Railway to remarkable views of the Torquay coastline and coastal paths great for  walkers and hiking.
