Luxury Scandinavian type lodge for hire overlooking the golf course at Haggerston Castle.

Located on a plot comprising of only 9 lodges,this exclusive lodge is surrounded with grass allowing a peaceful stay. Private parking bays are situated to the front.

Entry and exit is gained by security-coded, electric gated entrance for added security and privacy.

The lodge offers stunning views from living and dining room, with double French doors opening onto the front decking.

The living room has a wall-mounted flat screen TV with Freeview and Sky TV, [FREE VIEW FOR BACK UP] , along with a leather 3 piece sofa with pull-down sofa bed.

The dining area overlooks the decking and leads onto a fully-fitted kitchen, equipped with washing machine.

The master bedroom includes a king size divan bed, wall-mounted TV with Freeview and en-suite shower. Two twin bedrooms each have divan beds and ample storage; both have a wall-mounted TV with Freeview.

There is a separate main family bathroom featuring a full size bath, walk-in shower and WC.

This holiday lodge benefits from double glazing and central heating throughout, and is insulated to residential specification making breaks during the winter months warm and comfortable.

No pets and no smoking in the lodge.

The main complex and entertainment is approximately a 10 minute walk and we are just two minutes from the swing park, Golf clubhouse and Chinese restaurant.

Bookings

Weekly Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday 
Short breaks Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday.

To book there is a £50 non-refundable deposit which secures the booking. Full balance is due six weeks prior to your holiday. 

The owners reserve the right to re-hire if full payment has not been made by the due date, and the deposit will be lost. 

There is also a £50 refundable damage deposit due with the balance.

Passes: Not included in the price can be purchased at main reception.

Provisional bookings will be held for 36 hours.

Cancellation Policy. .... Deposits are Non refundable. ..( this is your first down payment whether it's £40 or £50 ect ) 

If you cancel your holiday you will only recive half of what you have paid back if the time period is outside of the 6 weeks bracket ( Less deposit )

No refunds will be given if holiday is cancelled within 6 weeks of the holiday date

WE SUPPLY GAS BBQ FREE OF CHARGE FOR YOUR USE HOWEVER ALL WE ASK IS MAKE SURE THAT YOU CLEAN THIS AFTER EACH USE AND REPLACE COVER BACK ON IF NOT CLEANED AFTER USE THEY WILL BE A £10 CHARGE FOR THIS.

WITH REGARDS TO RUBBISH IS YOU CAN MAKE SURE THAT ALL RUBBISH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE LODGE IS PUT IN BINS WHICH ARE NEARBY
