This caravan is fully furnished, which is situated on the Gap Caravan Site which is a prime location, overlooking East Runton beach and Cromer pier. It's location is 2 minutes walk to both the centre of East Runton and the long sandy beach.
The village includes two country Pubs, Fish & Chip Shop, Large Village Stores & Off licence (8 am – 9 pm), Newsagents Tea room / Bistro, Butchers, Greek Restaurant and an outdoor clothing shop.
The award winning sandy beach is safe for children, with life guards throughout the summer months, this beach offers something for everyone.
Cromer is a fifteen minute walk along the beach or road, there is a bus service into Cromer or Sheringham and Norwich is 45 minutes drive away.
The Caravan is fully equipped;
Lounge: Gas fire, DVD, CD /Radio, seating consists of two very comfy sofas, large folding table and four chairs. A cupboard in the lounge contains an iron/ ironing board, vacuum cleaner and a selection of games, books, puzzles and colouring in books and pencils for children to use. A travel cot can be provided on request.
Kitchen: Gas hob, oven and grill, Microwave, Fridge, Electric toaster (basic condiments are also supplied)
Bedroom 1: Double bed, Wardrobe, Bedside shelves, Electric fan heater and Hair dryer.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe and cupboards.
Washroom: Fully enclosed shower, WC & Hand basin. (hand towels and toilet paper supplied)
Outside: There is a large lockable shed that contains a range of outside furniture, BBQ, Buckets and spades, windbreak & rotary line for drying your clothes.
The site has a coin operated Launderette.
You are required to remove all rubbish to the designed areas provided, there is a fire extiguisher and a fire blanket in the kitchen area of the caravan and a fire point which is situated next to the caravan in the case of emergencies.
All dogs are to be kept on a lead whilst on the caravan site and MUST be kept out of all bedroom whilst in the caravan.
The site is well lit and safe for children to play, so you are encouraged to take their bikes and scooters
