Large spacious lounge with electric fire and pull out double bed. Kitchen has gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, ironing board and iron. Bathroom with sink and power shower. Seperate toilet and sink. Three bedrooms one double room and two twin bedrooms, bed linen is included.  A large enclosed full size decking area perfect for sunny weather.

Passes are required to use onsite amenities available from reception, not included in hire price.

2021 pass prices have not been released yet but 
2019 prices were £40.30 per adult/£20 per child per week at peak tInes.  Family passes are also available.

The keys will be located in a secure key safe mounted by the door for you to collect on the day of your stay.  Simply take the keys for the duration of your stay and kindly replace them at the end.  

Guests can arrive from 2.00pm and checkout is 10.00am.

£50 security deposit which is returnable after inspection after holiday. Balance due 6weeks before start of holiday.

If you or one of your travelling party need to isolate or are showing signs of corona virus and need to stay at home, we will refund all monies paid towards your holiday or offer you an alternative date.  The £50 initial deposit will not be refunded after booking.
