Brand New for 2012, situated in quiet area of the park with open views towards Padstow, with Gas Central Heating and uPVC double glazing the accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin with further sleeping available via pull out double bed in the Lounge.

Caravan Layout

The Lounge area has an electric fire, three good sized settee areas and a dining area, a  flat screen TV provides Digital Freeview, DVD player.
The Kitchen area has a range of units, cooker with extraction chimney over, integrated full size fridge and freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, etc., Bathroom comprising Wc. pedestal wash hand basin & double Shower Cubicle with sliding door. Second separate Wc, Veranda with picnic table, two tackle lockers (need to provide your own padlocks) for storage.

Entertainment & Fishing passes are not included, these can be purchased on site from Reception and the Fishing Lodge.

Bedding is supplied & caravan will be cleaned after your departure.
