Situated on the South Coast and 3 miles from the New Forest, our holiday home is ideal for a break anytime of the year (excluding most of Jan and early Feb when the site is closed). The scenery is spectacular with Blue Flag beaches on the doorstep.
Our 2 bedroom holiday home is a "home from home", comfortable and fully furnished to a very high standard. It is sited in a quiet cul-de-sac but still within easy walking distance of the facilities which include an excellent clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, restaurant, childrens area (with entertainment in peak periods) and well stocked supermarket.
The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and oven, microwave and full size fridge freezer together with all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Washing up liquid, soap and cleaning products are provided as well as an iron and ironing board. Just off the kitchen is a separate dining area seating 4 and a highchair if required.
The good sized lounge provides a very comfy 3-piece suite (the sofa converting to a double bed with duvet and pillows provided). There is a freeview LCD TV with DVD, hi-fi, PS2 and Ipod dock for your entertainment, along with a selection of books, cds, dvds, toys and games. Patio doors lead out from here onto a south facing gated decking area with patio furniture.
The bedrooms consist of 1 en-suite double (with double bed/duvet) and 1 twin both with plenty of storage space. A hairdryer is provided.
Our holiday home benefits from full double glazing and central heating with constant hot water. There is a shower room with toilet and wash basin (en-suite to the double bedroom) and separate bathroom with a corner bath and hand shower, wash basin and toilet.
There is a designated parking bay alongside and also a secure storage facility for fishing/beach gear etc.
Gas and electric is included. Duvets and pillows are provided and for an additional £25 we can supply bed linen and make the beds ready for your arrival otherwise please bring your own bed linen. Towels and tea towels are not provided.
