* Funworks passes are not included, but can be purchased from the main complex for an extra charge. The caravan is no smoking and no pets. We do not supply linen, just duvets and pillows. Therefore you will need to bring along bedding, towels and tea towels.

A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. In addition a £100 refundable security deposit is required. Once the caravan is checked after departure the security bond will be returned within a week. Full payment of the balance will be required 4 weeks before the arrival date. The owner reserves the right to re-hire the caravan if full payment is not made by that date.

Park Rules
The park is family orientated, and therefore do not allow same sex groups or under 21s.  As above I do not accept commercial bookings from councils or care homes.
