We have a beautiful 2007 6 berth Delux holiday Caravan, within a 10 minute walk to the Blue- Flag beach on Challaborough Bay Holiday Park in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in South Devon.

Double glazed, central heated with fully fitted blinds, curtains and net curtains throughout, situated in a quiet cul de sac on the park. But close to all the other park amenities e.g. Indoor swimming school.

Open plan lounge, with a bed settee and two leather settees. TV, CD player, dvd player, with Freeview TV connection. French doors leading on to the veranda from front.

Open plan kitchen/diner with fridge and spacious seperate freezer, gas hob/oven, dishwasher , microwave and normal kitchen appliances. Dining table plus 4 leather dining chairs.

Hallway leading to bathroom with shower unit with toilet and seperate 2nd toilet

Bedroom 1 is the Master bedroom and has a double bed with storage space underneath and fully fitted furniture.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have two single beds with fully fitted furniture.

Garden backing onto a pretty  brook, with patio area, garden furniture and barbecue. Parking on the drive for 2 cars

Duvets & pillows are provided. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Gas & electricity are included in the price of your holiday. Travel cot provided.
