A 2009 model - Willerby Summer,This lovely caravan is used by myself and family, so it has all home comforts and very cosy. It is fully equipped with heating throughout. Situated in a private prime position near to reception and complex. Although near to complex it is still in a quiet landscapes area and Ideal for those less mobile. Oxygen machine available.
Haven has rated this Caravan as Superior Plus. only 1-2 mins from main complex... although still in quiet location.
Bedrooms.
This lovely 3 bedroomed caravan 1x double, 2 x twin plus an extra pull down double in lounge area. All bedrooms have heaters, Travel cot is available if required. I have supplied Hairdryer in main bedroom. Duvets and pillows. supplied ( you will need to bring own bed linen) No bedding available for travel cot.
Kitchen
Kitchen is modern and well equipped with everything you would need. has fridge/freezer microwave, toaster, hob and oven, kettle, pots to include one steamer, cutlery, plates, mugs etc.
Lounge/Diner
This is a very good size with gas fire, flat screen digital freeview tv. also a DVD player and dvd's,
There is a utility cupboard within lounge that has iron, ironing board, sweeping brush, hoover,
There is a dinning table with stools.
Bathroom.
bathroom has sink,toilet and shower cubicle. also a radiator with rail for towels.
Outside area
Outside caravan light, larger than average grass area due to a corner plot, garden chairs,patio area,path leading to caravan.hedge in front of caravan providing a bit more privacy, parking bay on bend of road(See caravan pics) Hedge to rear of caravan (preventing cut through) Mature trees around the area.
No smoking in the caravan, garden chairs outside caravan if you wish to smoke outside.
The park has direct access to the beach and promenade. and fantastic coastline with plenty of areas to explore just a few miles away.
