This is our family owned,
luxury caravan located on The Orchards, Haven Holiday Park it is very spacious 12ft x 37ft with 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room & 2 twin rooms. All bed linen, duvets & pillows will be supplied, however, please bring your own tea towels & towels. There is a strict no smoking rule inside the caravan,no pets and no single sex parties,Please be kind enough to bide by these rules.
The lounge consists of a large comfortable sofa seating area & coffee table a gas fire and a separate dining area. Flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player and Playstation 2 with some films and games.
The kitchen is fully fitted with gas cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer, all cookery, pots and pans etc. There is also an iron & ironing board for your use. this holiday home has heating in every room, including both bathrooms! The caravan has 2 showers rooms with sink & toilet.
The patio area has table & chairs for you to enjoy the fresh air & sunshine at your leisure!
We are planning to have large decking area with gate soon (safer for smaller children) but depends when your at caravan.Our Caravan is set on very large , not close to neighbours as some caravans so children have larger play area.
We like to think that all our guests will feel that they are home from home have a superb holiday & will want to come back year after year.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, eating & cooking utensils, a microwave, kettle, toaster, full hob, oven, fridge and freezer.undefinedgas from mains) The main bedroom has a double bed with built in double wardrobes, vanity unit and en suite shower and toilet.
There are two further twin rooms with built in wardrobes. Both twin rooms have twin beds. There is a shower room with a good size shower that has a thermostatic control and WC.
The caravan is double glazed and centrally heated throughout (including all bedrooms, shower room & WC) via radiators all with individual thermostatic controls.
The Orchards Caravan Park is near the historic village of St Osyth, a suburb location close to Clacton-On-Sea on the Essex coast, St Osyths Beach is only a short walk from the caravan. Our caravan is a modern, comfortable van rated as a "Prestige" rental by Haven it is on a lovely quiet part of the park with a very large area outside the caravan there is parking area for two cars. The main entertainment complex (for which passes are required) is a 5-minute walk from the caravan. There is also a SPAR on site by the main complex for any grocery needs. A few minutes walk in other direction, is the Ferryboat Inn, which is an old style pub, with entertainment and a lovely beer garden. (Please note that the Ferryboat Inn is NOT part of the park site and is therefore free from any of the park restrictions & liabilities.)
Site passes are not included in the holiday booking, but these can be purchased from the site Reception at an additional, but reasonable cost. Please enquire if you would like us to arrange passes for you. Passes are required for entry into the park entertainment complex and for any of the park run activities, although they are not needed for any of the walks along the front, beach area, the on-site shops or for the Ferryboat Inn.
