This is a 2002 "bronze" standard caravan but in good condition for its age. The van has been completly redecorated, new curtains and new upholstery for 2012 so is of silver standard inside.

The lounge is equipped with TV, built in DVD and freeview. There is one double bedroom and 1 twin bedded room but the beds can be pulled together to make a small double. There is also a pull out double bed in the lounge so the caravan can sleep 6.

Quilts and pillows are provided but you need to bring your own quilt covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and a tea towel or you can hire these from the site. (Can be pre ordered so ask for details and prices.)The lounge has a gas fire and the 2 bed rooms have mounted electric wall heaters.

The kitchen is complete with 4 burner gas hob, oven and grill, microwave, kettle and toaster plus all crockery, cutlery and pans.

There is a small patio area outside with a table and 4 chairs

Park complex passes are included in the price.

The park has all the amentities you need to have a great holiday, indoor and outdoor pool (outdoor during high season only), amusement arcade, childrens play area, bar and live enertainment for children and adults, pool, darts and big screen TV, restaurant, fish & chips, shop and launderette. A chinese take away is across the road and a public house, pizza take away, cafe and other restaurants are a few minutes walk. There is a great beach only a few minutes walk from the caravan.

Hemsby and Great Yarmouth only 5 to 10 minutes drive with plenty of entertainment, restaurants and shops and further afield there is Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, Pettitts Animal Park and of course the Norfolk Broads.

Holidays can be booked online for Mon to Fri mid week breaks or Fri to mon weekend breaks. Full weeks from Saturday to Saturday are available but please call for availabiltiy and prices. Keys can be picked up from 4pm on arrival day and the caravan is to be vacated by 10am on day of departure please
