A well situated van for, but not on top of, all the site amenities. It has en-suite toilet to main bedroom, it also has seperate toilet, basin and bath/ shower. Duvets & pillows are provided (not linen - can be hired on site). A fully fitted kitchen with utensils, cooker and microwave, Colour TV (with teletext), Freeview box, VCR & DVD, a balcony at both doors, easy access parking, free on site facility membership, free gas & electric, full luxury fittings and smoke alarms. Fold up chairs and a small table are provided to sit out on the veranda.

Park Information |
The park is operated by John Fowler Holidays .It is a quiet family site and is maintained in good order. There are 2 play areas on site catering for different age groups. There is also a crazy golf course, indoor heated pool, (with toddler seperation), leading to an outdoor pool and patio area with waterslide. The site also has a club house with bar, amusements, pool table, food area and also provides nightly entertainment. Cabaret entertainment is provided by visiting artistes. There is also a shop and launderette on site.

Torbay, in the English Riviera, abounds with things to do. South Bay lies just above Brixham with its bustling harbour and is situated ideally for visiting the surrounding areas of outstanding beauty that make Devon attractive. The site is also within walking distance to the beach at St Mary's Bay, (long climb down) but has Goodrington/ Broadsands and Blackpool Sands, to name a few, within a short journey time.
Local attractions range from secluded coves and sandy beaches to theme parks, Paignton zoo, horse riding, steam railway, castles, theatres and cinemas, with a short drive to reach Dartmoor and its ponies. Enjoy a cliff walk admiring the English coastline off Sharkham Point and St Marys bay or leave the car (and stress of finding a parking space) behind and take advantage of the regular return ferry service from Brixham to Torquay (Regular bus service from site entrance into Brixham).
Whether you are looking for an active or lazy time this is the area to be in!
