North Denes caravan park is a quiet new development opened in March 2011. There are no facilities on the park itself, however they work alongside some local businesses in the area offering discounts and privilege cards.

Situated only 100 yards from the sea, with pleasant walks along the sea wall and dunes towards Corton Beach and only 5 minutes from Lowestoft South Beach by car.

Across the road at the Sparrows Nest are lovely gardens and a children’s play area, with entertainment in the Summer. The Martello restaurant has good food reasonably priced which opens at 8am for breakfast. A second restaurant is due to open in March 2012. There are pleasant walks along the cliffs into North Lowestoft, where there is a wide range of shops and eating places. Adjacent to the site there are tennis courts and a bowling green.

You are close to the Broads, Pleasurewood Hills and Minsmere Nature Reserve, The Flora Tea Rooms at Dunwich have excellent fish and chips. Well worth a visit is Africa Alive Wildlife Park with their giant car boot sale on Sundays. The entertainment and beach life at Yarmouth and excellent shopping at Norwich are only a short drive away.
