This holiday home benefits from an extremely luxurious lounge with French doors opening out onto the veranda with beautiful sea views. There is free standing domestic furniture, fixed units,32" flat screen TV, DVD player, Free view and a flame effect fire with stone effect surround.
Kitchen & Dining Area
Ultra modern luxury kitchen, which includes an integrated fridge and freezer, superb cooker and microwave. The dining area is complete with free standing dining table and 4 chairs.
Bedrooms
This accommodation has two beautifully designed bedrooms furnished to the highest standards; one luxury double (fitted with a 14" TV/DVD) with en-suite toilet and wash room, and one twin room (the twin beds can be pushed together to make a double bed). A standard travel cot will fit in the double bedroom.
Bathroom & Toilet
This beautiful accommodation also benefits from a fully fitted shower room with full size shower, toilet and wash basin.
Heating
Yes. The caravan is fitted with double glazing and has a gas combi boiler central heating system with radiators in all rooms.
Veranda
Complete with latched gate, which has a lockable gate for the safety of small children. There is also a patio table and chairs for you to relax and enjoy those sunny days taking in the fabulous view.

It is ideally situated approximately. With 2,000 caravans on site 27 Fir Close is in a prime location, with easy access to both..No need to get in the car.
5 minutes walk from the main amenities and entertainment complex and also to the beach. If you intend to spoil yourself and require excellent levels of comfort and accommodation, then this is most definitely the choice for you. In line with Haven policy we are unable to accept groups of the same sex and parties of under 21's.
From Visitor!! I just wanted to drop you an email saying how impressed we were with the caravan on Fir Close 27 Idea location all in walking distance for everything we need.Very well equipped and perfect for small children. We shall definitely be booking with you again. It was the best break we have ever had at Devon Cliffs due to the accommodation I am sure! It is great being able to choose the location.
