This is a Brand new PRESTIGE rated 8 BERTH caravan purchased in June 2011. It is set in a well maintained area and is a couple of minutes walk from the site amenities. There are 3 bedrooms, one double and 2 twin rooms all with electric heating There is a pull out double bed in the lounge. The caravan is spacious and beautifully furnished and finished to a high standard. The caravan has a 32 inch TV with free-view and a DVD player and I-Pod / I phone docking station. DVDs games and books are also available for you to use. The owners are non smokers. We have a PRIVATE CLEANER to ensure the caravan is cleaned to the highest standard.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. All cutlery and crockery is provided. A hair dryer is also provided.
FREE gas, water and electric are also included. The main area has a gas fire and each of the bedrooms has an electric heater.
We provide pillows and duvets and all mattress have covers. Bedlinen can be provided at a small charge There is an on site launderette should you require it. A baby high chair is available and a baby changing mat.
We have also provided a bbq and out door table and chairs for you to use. There is a large out side lockable storage box for you to store any large items such as prams or fishing tackle etc.
Please note park passes are not included and can be purchased on arrival at reception. I can accomodate 2-14 night stays prices on request.

Directions:
Take Junction 36 off the M6 onto the A590 towards Barrow-in-Furness. Take the B5277 through Grange-over-Sands and Allithwaite into Flookburgh. Turn left at the village square and the Holiday Park is down this road.
The nearest train and bus station is Grange-over-Sands, 3 miles away from the Park.
