A luxury Platinum rated 3 bedroomed caravan at Primrose Valley holiday park, Filey. This is for 7 days from 2.00pm on arrival day to 10.00am on departure day. Other combinations are available if preferred, ie, weekends, 10 days etc.
The caravan is on an excellent plot and has french doors leading to a huge balcony, which has sea views. We have only rented this caravan out a few times it has mainly been used just by us, so is perfect, very clean and very tidy. The caravan is now 2 years old and is very modern and fully equipped.
In the lounge there is a 32" LCD TV and we have just had a digital aerial installed so plenty of freeview channels. We also have a sky dish so just take your sky box along and you have your own package at your fingertips. There is a DVD player and play station 2 we have a variety of DVD’s and play station games for your use while you are in the caravan. In the kitchen there is a full size cooker, a fridge with a freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, pots and pans etc.
The rest of the accommodation includes a dining area with a table and 6 chairs, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms with over bed storage and wardrobes in each bedroom.
There is a pullout double bed in the lounge area and all bedding is provided for you. There are 2 toilets in the caravan 1 is in the main bathroom where there is an excellent shower the other is a small cloaks. The caravan is fully double glazed and equipped with gas central heating, and has been very well cared for.
For your convenience there is a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board there are also some games and jigsaws and other things to amuse the children with.
The caravan is situated in a quiet location (Rose Bank) and has partial sea views and is central to all park facilities which include:
Swimming pools (indoor, outdoor and fun pool), Starbucks, Boating & Fishing lake, Golf, Football courts, Funfair, Amusements and entertainment complex, Bookmakers, Supermarket and much more!
Please note fun works passes are not included in the price but can be purchased separately. A £75.00 returnable deposit is also required when confirming your booking. This will be returned to you via cheque within 14 days of your departure date subject to safe return of the caravan key, and that the caravan is kept clean and tidy and no losses, no breakages or damage. Please note if you cancel the booking the deposit will not be returned.

Primrose Valley is situated right on the Yorkshire coast and has direct beach access.
There are also loads of places to explore around Primrose Valley! Whit by, Scarborough, Filey, Bridlington and York are just up the road. Flamingo Land and Light water Valley are a short drive away!!
Primrose Valley offers fully licensed bars and restaurants including 2 cafe bars and grills, traditional fish and chips, Burger King, Chinese restaurant, Pizza Parlour, Coffee shop and 2 show bars
