Sit on our deck with a drink, enjoy the stunning panoramic sea views and watch fishing, pleasure and naval boats sail past.
Inside, the lounge has large picture windows, with comfortable seating looking out over the sea. We have a brand new flat screen TV with built in DVD and Freesat box, the lounge also has a gas fire and door leading directly onto the decking area.
The kitchen and dining area are open plan onto the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with: full size gas/electric combination cooker with extractor fan, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and fridge with icebox.
We have a selection of adult and children's books, dvds, games and puzzles in the lounge, as well as a box of children's games and toys under one of the beds in the 2nd bedroom.
We have 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedded rooms - the twin beds can be pushed together to make double beds. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes with mirrors and overhead cupboards, the double bedroom also has a dressing table, mirror and stool.
- Duvet & Pillows are provided, but please bring your own Bed Linen & Towels.
- Gas is included - Electricity is by £1 coin meter.
- Local information available to use as well as some books, dvds and children's games
- Wifi is available on site for a small charge payable at Reception
- High chairs/ travel cots can be hired from site subject to availability.
Strictly no smoking or pets allowed in our caravan due to severe allergies within our family.

2012 OLYMPICS, PORTLAND, DORSET. We are a few minutes from the Weymouth & Portland Sailing Academy and Portland harbour, where the sailing events are taking place. Olympic Sailing takes place from the 27th July 2012 to the 11th August 2012, and Paralympic Sailing is from the 29th August 2012 to the 9th September 2012.

Check in is between 3pm and 5pm, keys can be collected from Reception on production of our letter of authority. Check out is by 10am.
